All Clean Street Food is presented two ways, on the bun or NAKED, no bun. Asian influence: Thai Chicken rolled in homemade Sambal on Red Cabbage Salad, East Coast influence; Crab Cake Sliders with Lemon-Herb Aioli on Hawaiian rolls, American Classic influence: Steak on a Caesar, Hispanic Influence; Grilled Pork with Chipotle Aioli on Romaine with pickled onions and cilantro. Southern influence: Spicy Fried Chicken on Red Cabbage, Herb French Fries with Three Dipping Sauces integrate the entire menu through an All American love of the potato.
